Todd graduated from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida and began his legal practice with a small civil litigation firm in St. Petersburg, Florida. Though he and his wife both enjoyed the Tampa Bay area, they decided to return home to North Alabama.
Upon returning to Madison County, Todd practiced law with a small firm in Huntsville where he completed hundreds of real estate transactions. In addition to real estate, Todd had a thriving civil litigation practice. After several years of rewarding private practice, Todd made the difficult decision to close his practice and accept the challenge of leading Redstone Title Services, LLC, as its President.
In addition to his legal career, Todd stays involved in multiple philanthropic and leadership projects. He served as vice chairman of the board for Hospice Family Care, the largest hospice provider in North Alabama, and graduated from Leadership Huntsville/Madison County’s Connect Class 12. Todd currently sits on the University of Alabama in Huntsville’s Alumni Association Board of Directors and as the risk advisor to the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity at UAH among other favored projects.
