Todd Howard

President

Todd Howard has 10 years of experience in handling real estate closings, conducting title searches and issuing title insurance. What he likes most about working at Redstone Title Services is handing his clients “the keys” to their property after they have been through all the other processes with different organizations and people. After anticipating and hoping that every step will happen just right, Todd’s team gets to complete the process and tie a bow around it. Before becoming president of Redstone Title Services, Todd practiced law for several years with a small firm in Huntsville where he completed hundreds of real estate transactions. In addition to handling real estate, he had a thriving civil litigation practice. Even though his private practice was rewarding, he made the decision to close his practice and accept the challenge to lead
Redstone Title Services.

Todd is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Fla. He began his legal practice with a small civil litigation firm in St. Petersburg before returning home to North Alabama.

Outside of his legal career, Todd stays involved in multiple philanthropic and leadership projects. He currently serves on the Madison County 310 Board and the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau of North Alabama.

Emily Beavers Bryan

Business Manager and Licensed Title Agent

Emily Beavers Bryan works with Todd Howard to ensure clients receive quality, efficient service from Redstone Title Services. The most rewarding part of her job is knowing that, as the team works to make each closing as smooth as possible, they are involved in improving the lives of their clients. That could be through lower home payments or a higher standard of living, or simply by providing a stress-free closing on the most important investment of their lives.

Before becoming business manager of Redstone Title Services, Emily was a closer/coordinator and title clerk for several years with a small firm in Huntsville where she coordinated hundreds of real estate transactions and issued commitments and title policies, eventually working her way up to being an escrow officer and overseeing the title department. Emily accepted a paralegal position with Redstone Title Services shortly after its creation, and assisted Todd in building and growing the company. As business manager, she oversees daily operations, compliance, and personnel. Seeing RTS grow from the ground up and helping to build an excellent team has been one of the most rewarding and most educational experiences of her life.

Emily is a graduate of the University of North Alabama in Florence, Ala., where she graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Communications.
